Will I see my case before it is printed?
Yes. We email a proof within 48 hours of your order, and nothing is printed until you reply to confirm it.
Can I return or exchange a customised case?
Each customised case is printed only for you and cannot be resold, so personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged. You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase; once you have confirmed the proof the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
What can I upload?
Only work you own or are licensed to print. We cannot print brand logos, celebrity photos or anything that infringes someone else's rights. If something about a file stops us printing it, we will contact you before we print.
What makes a photo print well?
JPG, PNG or WebP with 1000 px or more on the short side. A smaller or heavily compressed file prints soft - we will tell you in the proof email.
Design it for another device
Upload one photo, logo or piece of artwork and we print it on a made-to-order cover for your exact reader. The artwork goes on the front flap, which keeps the magnet that wakes and sleeps the device, and the back stays a clear hard shell so the colour of your Kindle or Kobo shows through.
Kindle fit. Covers are cut per generation, not per look: Paperwhite 12th Gen, Paperwhite Signature and Colorsoft share a shell; Paperwhite 11th Gen and its Signature Edition share another; the basic Kindle 11th Gen, the older Paperwhites and Kindle Oasis 2/3 each take their own. Every size we currently cut is listed in the Device Model selector on this page, and the case styles on sale are the built-in hand strap, no-strap, regular clear, detachable clear back and double-sided magnetic back.
Kobo fit. Kobo covers use universal sizing inside each family: the Clara case fits Kobo Clara 2E, Clara BW and Clara Colour (the slim 6-inch line), and the Libra case fits Kobo Libra 2 and Libra Colour (the 7-inch line with page-turn buttons and a side grip). The flap magnet wakes and sleeps both, the same as on Kindle.
