Will I see my case before it is printed?
Yes. We email a proof within 48 hours of your order, and nothing is printed until you reply to confirm it.
Can I return or exchange a customised case?
Each customised case is printed only for you and cannot be resold, so personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged. You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase; once you have confirmed the proof the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
What can I upload?
Only work you own or are licensed to print. We cannot print brand logos, celebrity photos or anything that infringes someone else's rights. If something about a file stops us printing it, we will contact you before we print.
What makes a photo print well?
JPG, PNG or WebP with 1000 px or more on the short side. A smaller or heavily compressed file prints soft - we will tell you in the proof email.
Design it for another device
Upload one photo, logo or piece of artwork and we print it on a made-to-order folio cover for your exact iPad. The artwork goes on the front flap, which keeps the magnet that wakes and sleeps the iPad when you open and close it.
iPad fit. Four families share nothing, so match the exact model: iPad base (7th-9th Gen 10.2-inch and the A16 10.9-inch), iPad Air (10.9-inch and 13-inch), iPad Pro (11-inch and 13-inch) and iPad Mini (8.3-inch and the older 7.9-inch). Check the model name under Settings - General - About or the model number on the back, then pick that entry in the Device Model selector.
Styles. Three are on sale: a book case with an Apple Pencil slot, the same case without the slot (slimmer, for pure reading), and a detachable folio-stand case that folds for propped-up reading. Cut-outs keep the speakers, charging port and buttons usable, and raised edges keep the screen and the rear camera lens clear of tables.
