Terms of Sale

Please read these Terms of Sale carefully. By placing an order on caseblossom.com you agree to be bound by them. They are an integral part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to the purchase and sale of products through caseblossom.com (the "Site"), operated by CaseBlossom ("we", "us", "our"). We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice; the latest version is always posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may not order from this Site if you do not agree to these Terms, if you are under 18 years of age (or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction), or if you are prohibited from using the Site by applicable law.

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Every case is made to order, just for you. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and begin production. Because production starts quickly, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase — after that, production may already have begun and changes are no longer possible.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page and include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers — Stripe (credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and Klarna) and PayPal — and must be received before your order enters production. By paying you represent that the payment method you use is yours and that you are authorized to use it.

Discount codes (store promotions and affiliate codes) are applied at checkout and are subject to the terms stated with each offer. Only one promotional code applies per order unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

4. Shipments, Delivery, Title and Risk of Loss

Production takes 1–3 business days. We offer free standard shipping worldwide with an estimated delivery of 6–9 business days after dispatch; you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Risk of loss passes to you when the products are transferred to the carrier. Title to the products passes to you at the same time, except that you must promptly verify the contents on delivery and report any discrepancies using the details at the bottom of this page. You may refuse any package that is visibly damaged at delivery.

We are not liable for delivery errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, nor for any delay after the products are handed to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Follow our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy. In short:

• 14 days from delivery to return non-personalized items, unused and in original packaging;
• Personalized orders are final sale — no return or exchange, so please double-check spelling, photos and device model before ordering;
• Change-of-mind returns are exchanged at your own return-shipping cost; damaged, faulty or wrong items are exchanged at our cost;
• We offer exchanges or replacements only — no cash refunds, except where required by applicable law;
• A 30-day warranty covers manufacturing quality issues.

6. Limited Warranty

We warrant that products purchased from the Site are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or improper storage.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at hi@caseblossom.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Except as expressly stated here, products are provided on an "as is" basis, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

7. Goods Not for Resale

You agree to buy products for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export, and to comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it; please review it before placing an order.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, power or network failures, or interruptions in the services of our suppliers or carriers.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of our jurisdiction of establishment.

11. General Provisions

Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. Any waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by us.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase from the Site.
